The team behind Mithril.
Mithril is built in stealth by a small team at Slopshop Inc. We are keeping names off the site until launch to let the product speak first. The moment we open the doors publicly, we will publish full bios, LinkedIn profiles, and advisor and investor lists here.

The legal entity is Slopshop Inc. d/b/a Mithril. This page exists for transparency: we will not fabricate a team roster or pretend to have advisors we have not signed. If you need to verify the entity for institutional onboarding or legal diligence, email hello@mithril.pro.
What we are building, today
Engineering
Full-stack and on-chain. Next.js, Solidity, TypeScript. Smart contracts pending third-party audit before mainnet deployment of customer funds. Codebase is in private review; open contracts will publish to /trust on mainnet cutover.
Compliance
Posture memo in progress with outside securities counsel. Mithril operates as a non-custodial interface; we do not touch customer funds or securities. Full regulatory disclosure lives on the /compliance page.
