Connect a wallet

1 minute

Base for tokenized and OTC, Solana for perps and PreStocks. MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, Backpack, Ledger, and hardware-wallet combinations are all supported. Mithril does not take custody at any step.

Verify only what the trade requires

0–3 minutes

Prediction markets: email only. Tokenized equity: Rule 501(a) self-attestation (single checkbox) for 506(b) surfaces; Persona or Securitize verification required for 506(c) offerings. OTC close: full KYC plus accreditation proof via Persona. Verification is progressive — the next requirement only appears when the next action needs it.

Fund the wallet

1–20 minutes

Wire USD to a third-party ramp, on-ramp via Coinbase, MoonPay, or Transak, or deposit stablecoins directly. Ramps are third-party; Mithril does not touch fiat.

Place the first trade

30 seconds

Market or limit order on tokenized and perps, IOI on OTC, YES/NO on prediction contracts. Execution receipts show the selected route, quoted-vs-filled slippage, and the on-chain transaction hash.

Wallet and custody FAQ

What happens if I lose my seed phrase?

You lose access to the tokenized and on-chain positions held in that wallet. Mithril cannot recover it. Use a hardware wallet, keep a paper backup of the seed phrase (not a screenshot), and consider a multi-sig setup for size.

Do I need separate wallets for Base and Solana?

Yes. EVM wallets (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, Ledger) on Base; Solana wallets (Phantom, Backpack, Solflare) on Solana. Both can be connected in a single Mithril session.

Does Mithril see my balance?

Mithril reads public address balances on Base and Solana — the same information any block explorer shows. Mithril does not hold custody, cannot move funds, and does not see private keys.

Can I use a hardware wallet?

Yes. Ledger via MetaMask on Base, Ledger directly on Solana, and Trezor via MetaMask on Base. Hardware-wallet signing is recommended for positions above $10K.

What about multi-sig and institutional key management?

OTC and institutional users can connect multi-sig wallets (Gnosis Safe on Base). The VIP desk supports wallet whitelisting for operational segregation.
